Foot Locker Email Gift Cards can be purchased in any amount from $10 to $500. To order by phone, call us toll-free at 1.800.991.6815. Email Gift Cards have no fees and never expire.

Email Gift Cards can be applied towards any purchase at footlocker.com, kidsfootlocker.com or ladyfootlocker.com (Quebec residents excluded from online purchasing), or by phone, by mail, or at Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker or Lady Foot Locker stores in the U.S.A. Email Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash, cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. No variance from the terms and conditions will be allowed except where legally required. Issued by Foot Locker Card Services LLC. For card balance call 1-877-254-3333.

How To Use Your Email Gift Card:

To redeem this Gift Card online, use the 16-digit number and the PIN provided in this email. Note: If you have the older Email Certificate version, it is a 9-digit number and 6-digit PIN.**
To redeem this Gift Card by phone, call us toll-free at 1.800.991.6815.
To redeem this Gift Card in stores, present this email at the time of purchase.
Coupon/discount codes may be used when redeeming a Gift Card or Gift Certificate.

**Our Gift Card program has changed as of October 2005.

If you have an older Card version without a PIN, those cards can only be used In-Store.
If you are using the older version of our Gift Certificate, which is a 9-digit card number and a 6-digit PIN number, you must redeem the certificate in full to place your order online. If you would like to redeem only a portion of an older card, or if you have any additional questions, please contact our Customer Service Department.
